Emily's Story
Dr. Emily Aschenbrenner first attended the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and then later Palmer College of Chiropractic, graduating with her Bachelors in Health Sciences & Doctor of Chiropractic degrees in 2021. Since graduating she has spent the past five years practicing her craft in the Minneapolis suburbs. She’s excited to bring everything she’s learned back home to the La Crosse community through Studio 44: Chiropractic & Pilates.
Emily was first drawn to chiropractic after being rear-ended in a car accident. After experiencing significant relief from just one adjustment — along with many other unexpected benefits — she quickly became passionate about the impact chiropractic care can have on overall health and well-being. The chiropractic philosophy strongly resonates with the way she lives and practices: finding the root cause of what’s happening and supporting the body throughout the healing process. Over the past five years, she has continued refining her chiropractic craft while also integrating Pilates-based movement to better support her patients both inside and outside the treatment room.
She is passionate about helping patients better understand and connect with their bodies through personalized, patient-centered care. Her treatment approach combines chiropractic adjustments, corrective movement, soft tissue therapy, and Pilates integration to help patients move better, feel better, and build lasting strength and resilience. Emily also has a special passion for women’s health, including caring for pregnant and postpartum women, and loves empowering women to feel supported and confident through every phase of life.
Her mission with Studio 44 is to provide thoughtful, personalized care to the La Crosse community by blending thorough chiropractic treatment with Pilates movement integration to best support each patient’s health and wellness goals.
Outside the office, Emily and her husband are happy to be back home in La Crosse with their dog, Millie. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking sourdough recipes regularly & perfecting her coffee order.
